My name is Cam. I’ve been an Exercise Physiologist since 2012, and Ballarat has always been home. I’ve started this practice to support people in our community who feel held back by pain, injury, or illness.
I believe exercise is one of the most powerful tools we have for improving almost every aspect of health. But I also know that when something hurts, or when you’ve been dealing with a long‑term issue, getting started can feel overwhelming.
If you’re here, something probably isn’t quite right — and you’re thinking about doing something to change that. I’d love to help you take that next step.
My goal is for my patients to understand the body as an adaptable, incredibly interconnected organism, and certainly not as a collection of isolated parts. Rehab can be messy, frustrating, and confusing, and I’ve been through that myself. My role is to guide you through the complexity with a flexible, whole‑person approach that respects your life, your symptoms, and your goals.
Your program might draw from different methods of exercise including strength and conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, or even elements of bodybuilding. Ultimately, recovery is a process investigation and experimental learning — we start with an informed best guess and learn together as we understand what works for you and what doesn't.
