Flexible Session Options

Everyone’s needs are different — clinically, financially, and in terms of how much support feels right.

You can choose:

  • Pay‑As‑You‑Go — ideal if you prefer flexibility or want to take things one step at a time

  • Session Packages (1–10 sessions) — helpful if you’re working toward a specific goal, want more structure or identify early on that you would value an accountability mechanism and longer term support.

How should I use my sessions:

The end goal of my service with you is for you to be able to self manage without me.  Some people find that one or two sessions give them enough direction to continue confidently and independently on their own. Others may prefer a monthly check‑in so they can work through their program independently comforted by the fact they have a regular touchpoint to ask questions and troubleshoot difficulties with certain aspects of their program. And some people benefit from a more intensive block of sessions to help them build the habit of exercising consistently, with support along the way. It really depends on your goals and what you are hoping to achieve.

Have a think about what kind of support you might need before your initial assessment, and we can build that into an individualised plan that suits you.

The Goal:

My goal for you is to leave each session feeling more informed, more confident, and more in control of your health than when you arrived.
